NEW YORK, NY (April 2, 2025) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Bryn Goodman has joined its New York City office as a principal. With more than 10 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling national and global employers, Bryn joins Jackson Lewis from Fox Rothschild.
“New York City’s business landscape—ranging from large corporations to startups—presents distinct challenges for employers. Bryn has valuable experience handling complex employment disputes and advising clients on risk management and compliance in various industries. She is well-equipped to help clients manage these challenges head-on,” said Douglas J. Klein, managing principal of Jackson Lewis’ New York City office. “Bryn’s addition strengthens our presence in this key market; we are fortunate she chose us and thrilled to add her to our growing roster.”
Building on the momentum of recent lateral principal additions, including Principals Evan B. Citron and Andrew M. Sherwood, Bryn’s arrival reinforces Jackson Lewis’ dedication to attracting top-tier talent. Since 2023, the firm has expanded its NY Metro regional presence by adding almost 40 attorneys across its New York City, White Plains and Long Island offices. The firm’s New York City office has more than doubled its associate ranks in the same time period, underscoring its ongoing investment in cultivating and advancing talent.
Bryn represents employers in litigation and administrative proceedings involving wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. She has extensive experience handling complex workplace matters in federal and state courts, including motion practice, discovery and mediation. She is also well-versed in litigating claims involving public accommodation accessibility under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and New York’s human rights laws. Bryn’s practice spans a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, retail, hospitality, insurance, construction, architecture, startups and technology companies.
In addition to her litigation work, Bryn regularly advises employers on compliance with evolving local, state and federal employment laws, providing strategic guidance on hiring, terminations, and wages. She works closely with clients to draft and revise workplace handbooks, as well as employment, separation, confidentiality and restrictive covenant agreements. She also frequently conducts trainings on discrimination and harassment prevention, wage-and-hour basics, hiring and management coaching.
“Joining Jackson Lewis is an exciting opportunity to tap into the firm’s deep resources to better support my clients,” said Bryn. “As employment law becomes more complex, collaborating with such a well-supported and talented team will allow me to offer even more effective solutions to the challenges my clients face. I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my career.”
Bryn has served on both the Labor & Employment Law and Litigation Committees at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. She is also a member of HR.com’s advisory board and participates in the women’s networking and mentoring group Women in America.
Bryn earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Pace University School of Law and her B.A. from Cornell University.
In addition to Bryn, Traci Krasne and Nicole E. Price have also joined the firm from Fox Rothschild as associates in the New York City office. Both bring high-level experience in employment litigation and counseling, having represented a wide array of clients in complex employment disputes and compliance matters across various industries.
