Bryn Goodman is a Principal in the New York City, New York office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Bryn works collaboratively with employers to develop creative solutions tailored to their organizational strategy. While Bryn relishes the opportunity to successfully guide employees through the litigation process, she strives to prevent litigation altogether meeting clients where their legal and business goals converge.

Bryn represents employers in litigation and administrative proceedings involving wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. She is also well-versed in litigating claims involving public accommodation accessibility under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and New York’s human rights laws. To advance the goal of proactive prevention, Bryn advises employers on compliance with evolving local, state and federal employment laws, providing strategic guidance on hiring, terminations, and wages. She works closely with clients to draft and revise workplace handbooks, as well as employment, separation, confidentiality and restrictive covenant agreements. She also frequently conducts trainings on discrimination and harassment prevention, wage-and-hour basics, hiring and management coaching.
