Evan Citron is a principal in the New York City office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His employment litigation practice focuses on representing employers in single and multi-plaintiff cases under the anti-discrimination laws, as well as defending employers against wage and hour class and collective actions brought under the FLSA and various state laws. Evan also represents employers on matters involving employment contracts, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and counsels clients on a wide variety of employment law matters.

Evan also has extensive experience advising and defending clients in matters involving access for individuals with disabilities under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. He frequently represents retail stores, hotels, theaters, and other places of public accommodation in litigation and by advising on compliance and best practices. Evan has been recognized numerous times by the New York State Bar Association for his pro bono work.
