Joshua’s personal client service approach allow him to capably tackle cases that touch on sensitive and complex issues including claims of race, age, disability, sexual orientation, and sex discrimination. Beyond these, he handles cases involving sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, non-compete/restrictive covenant issues, and medical leaves.
