Alondra is an attorney in the Raleigh, North Carolina, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She focuses her practice on U.S. employment-based immigration law.

Raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Alondra relocated to Raleigh to attend Campbell Law School. A native of Mexico and one of North Carolina’s first licensed attorneys in DACA status, Alondra has first-hand experience with the complexities of the U.S. immigration system and was motivated to dedicate her career to immigration law.

Alondra handles a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, TN, O, L, PERM, J-1 waivers, employment-based immigrant petitions and lawful permanent resident applications. Alondra recognizes the importance of seeing the “big picture” of each individual’s immigration journey. She handles each case with a forward-looking approach, advising clients on the longer-term immigration future for their employees and their family members. Alondra also enjoys educating clients about the complexities of the ever-evolving immigration landscape to ensure understanding of the sometimes-complex procedures.
