Jackson Lewis and Principal Amy L. Peck Ranked in Chambers Global 2025

NEW YORK, NY (March 13, 2025) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce it has been recognized in the Chambers Global Legal Guide 2025 in the labor and employment and business immigration practice areas. Additionally, Amy L. Peck, principal and co-leader of Jackson Lewis’ Immigration group, earned individual recognition in the business immigration category.

The Chambers Global 2025 rankings are considered among the most respected in the legal industry, based on thorough research by a global team of experts. The rankings assess law firms and lawyers across 200+ jurisdictions, highlighting those that stand out for their client service and legal expertise.

“We are honored to be ranked among the best in the legal profession by Chambers Global 2025,” said Minnie Fu and John L. Sander, co-leaders of the International Employment group.  “This recognition reflects our clients’ trust in us to navigate the complexities of global employment laws and adapt to evolving regulations.”

Jackson Lewis' International Employment group, with experience across more than 100 countries, helps multinational clients address global labor and employment challenges. This marks the firm's 12th consecutive labor and employment recognition.

The firm is also a founding member of L&E Global, a network of leading labor and employment law firms with more than 1,750 attorneys in 170 offices worldwide, which earned the top ranking in the Guide in the global labor and employment practice area.

The firm’s Immigration group, recognized for the third consecutive year, supports employers with a full range of immigration services, including multijurisdictional compliance, litigation and regulatory strategy for hiring foreign workers.

Amy, recognized for the eighth consecutive year in the Guide’s business immigration category, advises businesses on complex immigration and compliance issues at the intersection of employment and immigration law. She focuses on providing practical solutions, including I-9 compliance, for clients in industries like sports, logistics, manufacturing and agriculture.

“We are honored to be recognized in Chambers Global 2025, especially as immigration policies evolve,” said Amy, who serves as co-leader of the Immigration group alongside Otieno B. Ombok. “Our team is committed to helping businesses navigate these changes while facilitating global talent mobility.”

Amy served for 12 years as one of 21 directors elected to the Board of Governors of the 14,000-member American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is also the current chair of the AILA National Verification Committee, which liaises with USCIS, ICE and OCAHO on I-9, E-verify and related worksite issues.
