INDIANAPOLIS, IN (April 7, 2025) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Michael A. Moffatt has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office as a principal. With nearly 30 years of experience in employment litigation, Michael joins the firm from Littler Mendelson, where he served as a shareholder for more than a decade.
“Michael’s proven success in handling complex, high-stakes employment cases makes him a tremendous asset to our national litigation team,” said Carolyn G. Burnette and Ana C. Shields, co-leaders of Jackson Lewis’ Employment Litigation group. “His experience will enhance our ability to achieve impactful outcomes for clients facing challenging employment law issues.”
Michael’s practice focuses on defending employers against a wide range of employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, non-compete disputes and Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions. He has extensive trial experience, having represented clients in jury and bench trials, agency hearings and arbitrations.
