Jackson Lewis Strengthens Litigation Practice, Welcomes Andrea F. Oxman to Los Angeles Office
LOS ANGELES, CA (December 7, 2018) Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to announce Andrea F. Oxman has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a Principal. Ms. Oxman joins the firm from Klinedinst PC, where she focused her practice on employment litigation and class actions.

Ms. Oxman defends class action and complex individual lawsuits brought against clients of multiple industries, including but not limited to retail and consumer goods, construction, transportation, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and universities. She has litigated claims involving wage and hour disputes, misclassification of employees, whistleblower retaliation and harassment.
Ms. Oxman frequently advises clients on employment issues ranging from employee exemptions, drug testing, termination and severance, medical leave, WARN Act, internal investigations, and disability accommodations and accessibility. She also has experience advising clients regarding their compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other antidiscrimination laws.
