Jackson Lewis Expands Miami Presence with Addition of Principal Jennifer M. Taylor
MIAMI, FL (April 23, 2025) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Jennifer M. Taylor has joined the firm’s Miami office as a principal. Jennifer brings more than 25 years of experience advising companies on labor and employment matters across a wide range of industries.

Jennifer’s background includes roles as in-house counsel and at full-service national law firms, where she advised businesses on compliance, risk management, and employment law matters involving both domestic and international operations. She also provides counsel on labor and employment issues related to mergers and acquisitions and has represented clients in both federal and state courts.
Jennifer regularly collaborates with business and human resources leaders to navigate local and federal employment laws, offering practical, strategic guidance aligned with business objectives.
