With extensive experience in state and federal courts, she has successfully navigated all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, arbitration and settlement negotiations. Andy’s practice covers a broad spectrum of employment disputes, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and failure to accommodate, as well as wage and hour class actions.
