Tracie Johnson Maurer is a principal in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She has represented employers before numerous governmental agencies and in litigation before the state and federal courts of Georgia, as well as other federal courts across the southeast and midwest.
Tracie counsels clients on state and federal compliance issues, best practices for dispute avoidance, and she frequently conducts training seminars for managers, supervisors, and employees on a wide variety of employment law issues.
Tracie is a former teacher, having taught in both the Atlanta, Georgia, and Charlotte-Mecklenburg, North Carolina, public school systems. She is the former legal columnist for The Atlanta Tribune magazine.
