Frank S. Stern
Frank S. Stern is an attorney in Jackson Lewis P.C.’s Greenville office. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Frank is a seasoned trial attorney with deep experience before both judge, jury, and arbitrators and has tried over twenty cases to verdict in multiple jurisdictions. He achieves favorable outcomes for his clients, whether through early resolution or mounting a strong defense in litigation. Frank has significant experience with complex e-discovery and depositions and has won numerous motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment.
Frank also has broad litigation experience in prosecuting and defending actions involving noncompetition agreements, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, single plaintiff litigation, and defending employers from a wide variety of claims of discrimination in state and federal court.
Frank earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Following law school, he worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Robin B. Stilwell of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.
