Edward V. Jeffrey
Edward V. Jeffrey is a principal in the White Plains, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice is focused on traditional labor law.
In the context of union organizing, Ed has represented employers before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), provided management training, advice and counsel regarding strategy and communications, and has defended employers against unfair labor practice charges. In collective bargaining situations, Ed has negotiated management-friendly contracts for employers, participated in strategic planning, provided management training and advice regarding contract administration and the preservation of management rights, and represented employers in labor arbitrations.
