Dominique L. Windberg
Dominique L. Windberg is a principal in the San Francisco, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in traditional labor and employment law matters, including union elections and unfair labor practice charges.
Dominique has defended companies against unfair labor practice charges and litigation brought by labor unions before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and in labor arbitrations. She has provided advice to employers faced with union organizing efforts. Dominique also counsels employers on the interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements.
Beyond traditional labor matters, Dominique has advised employers on conducting internal investigations in response to discrimination and harassment complaints. She also has advised and represented employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including those involving discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims.
During law school, Dominique chaired the Public Service Auction and was an executive articles editor of the New York University Annual Survey of American Law. As a research assistant to Professor Arthur R. Miller, she edited portions of the Wright & Miller Federal Practice & Procedure treatise.
