Delonie A. Plummer
Delonie A. Plummer is an Associate in the New York City office of Jackson Lewis. Delonie represents employers in workplace law matters, including preventative advice and counsel related to traditional labor, general employment, fair housing, data, privacy and cybersecurity, and restrictive covenants. Delonie also defends large and small corporations, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions in matters brought before federal, state and city agencies, and in state and federal courts. Through her practice, Delonie works to promote cultural awareness and equity in the workplace.
Prior to re-joining Jackson Lewis, Delonie served as in-house labor and employment counsel for a global media company where she counseled creative directors, business executives, and human resources leaders on employment-related production matters affecting a workforce across the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC. Delonie also served as in-house labor and employment counsel for a global University with campuses in over 10 countries including the US.
While attending law school, Delonie served as a Senior Associate for the Pace International Law Review, and a Federal Judicial Honors Intern in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
