Blythe C. McGregor
Blythe C. McGregor is an associate in the Cincinnati, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Blythe defends employers of all sizes in federal court, both Ohio and Kentucky state courts, and before administrative agencies. She has experience litigating cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, public policy claims, FMLA, wage and hour violations, and breach of employment agreements and non-compete issues. Blythe also has experience representing employers in NLRB proceedings.
During law school, she was a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and was recognized as a distinguished associate member. She was involved with the Domestic Violence Clinic and Human Rights Quarterly, and served as a research assistant for Professor Sandra Sperino, a distinguished labor and employment scholar. Blythe graduated in the top 15% of her class and was recognized on the Dean’s Honors List
