Jennifer Zwilling
Jennifer Zwilling is a principal in the Minneapolis, Minnesota, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She is a trial lawyer defending employers in federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and before arbitration panels on a wide range of employment issues including discrimination, harassment, retaliation (including False Claims Act and whistleblower cases), defamation, negligence and violations of non-solicitation and non-competition agreements.
Jennifer has experience representing and advising small, mid-size, and large local and national corporate clients on a variety of employment-related and business issues. She has experience litigating cases in state and federal courts, domestic and international arbitration forums, and before various administrative agencies.
While attending law school, Jennifer was an executive editor of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review, participated in Rosalie Wahl Moot Court, and became a qualified mediator.
