Lariza Hebert is a Principal in the Houston office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Lariza is a zealous litigator but also understands the need to balance business needs with proactive risk management.

Having been in-house at a retailer, Lariza has an intimate understanding of representing clients with a business-first mindset. She has specific knowledge and experience representing clients across many industry sectors, particularly retail, hospitality, restaurants, nonprofits, automotive dealerships, oil and gas, and logistics. As a litigator, she represents clients faced with a multitude of claims, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misclassification, disabilities, and employee leaves, before state and federal agencies and courts. Lariza also represents clients in restrictive covenant litigation.

Lariza provides advice and counsel with an eye toward reducing risk while meeting business goals, and complying with local, state, and federal employment laws. She frequently conducts training for her clients on best practices.
