Jascha represents businesses of all sizes through every stage of litigation, handling complex commercial, general civil and employment matters. He has secured dismissals and favorable verdicts in high-stakes cases, including defending against claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and contract breaches. Jascha has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation, and bench and jury trials, consistently delivering effective results for employers across various industries. He also assists companies with enforcing or challenging noncompete agreements and with the protection of their trade secrets.
In addition to his litigation practice, Jascha regularly advises business owners, in-house counsel and human resources professionals on a broad range of compliance matters related to leave and accommodation, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), anti-harassment and retaliation, discipline and termination, reductions in force, and wage and hour issues. He is also experienced in assisting clients with the development of employment-related policies.
