Jascha Clark
Jascha K. Clark is a principal and the office litigation manager of the Salt Lake City, Utah, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He partners with employers to deliver practical, results-driven solutions to complex, high-stakes workplace challenges.
Jascha has successfully represented clients at every stage of litigation involving a wide range of claims, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. Equally proficient at handling matters involving non-compete agreements and trade secret protection, Jascha ensures that his clients’ critical business interests are safeguarded.
Understanding and acknowledging that litigation is not always the shortest—and most efficient—distance between two strategic points, Jascha is a firm believer in the adage, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” He works closely with business owners, in-house counsel, and human resources professionals to navigate the complexities of managing a modern workforce, emphasizing proactive strategies to prevent problems before they arise. His counsel and advisory practice includes leave and accommodation policies, DEI initiatives, anti-harassment and anti-retaliation measures, disciplinary actions, terminations, reductions in force, and wage and hour compliance.
Before joining Jackson Lewis, Jascha gained invaluable experience at one of Utah’s largest and most highly-regarded law firms and at an AmLaw 100 firm in New York City. He also served as a judicial clerk for the late Honorable Dee V. Benson of the United States District Court for the District of Utah, an experience that continues to inform his approach to advocacy and problem-solving.
