Danielle Foster is a principal in the Los Angeles office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Intentionally leveraging both a proactive mindset and strategic insight, Danielle focuses first on identifying clients’ potential challenges early, enabling her to develop tailored and outside-the-box solutions that address their immediate and long-term goals.

She prioritizes building strong, lasting partnerships based on trust and mutual understanding. Recognizing the weight and impact of employment disputes on an organization and its workforce, Danielle remains dedicated to guiding clients through the intersection of law and fact with equal parts diligence and empathy. What sets Danielle apart is her commitment to understanding her clients' business and to ensure that throughout the litigation process, her clients feel supported and comfortable with financial and strategic decisions.
 
With experience representing employers and public entities in a broad range of employment litigation—harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to provide reasonable accommodations, wage and hour disputes, and unfair business practices—Danielle has defended California-based clients across a variety of industry sectors forging an adaptability to effectively guide them through the unique cultural and regulatory landscape of the state.

Danielle has successfully litigated before federal and state courts, managing cases from inception to resolution, including dispositive motions, depositions, discovery, mediation, trial, arbitration, and appeals. For over 13 years, she has honed and developed strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of courtroom dynamics enhancing her ability to advocate for her clients. Her past experience representing individual defendants, entities, and private companies allows her to anticipate arguments and reactions, providing an advantage to employers at every stage of a matter.

An LA native, Danielle places high priority on maintaining close relationships with her family and friends, as well as supporting her local community. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Southwestern Law School Alumni Association.

While attending law school, Danielle was a Notes & Comments Editor for Southwestern Law Review and served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stephen J. Hillman in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
