Jackson Lewis Welcomes Litigator Danielle C. Foster in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, CA (October 16, 2024) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Danielle C. Foster has joined the firm as a principal in its Los Angeles office. Danielle has more than 10 years of experience in all aspects of employment litigation.

Danielle focuses her practice on defending private companies and public entities in complex litigation, with a particular emphasis on employment actions brought under Title VII, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act and the California Labor Code, as well as cases involving allegations of negligent failure to prevent childhood sexual abuse. She has successfully litigated before federal and state courts, managing cases from inception to resolution, including dispositive motions, depositions, discovery, mediation and arbitration.
Danielle also has significant trial and appellate experience. She has achieved key victories such as a unanimous defense verdict for a public entity in an employment case at trial, multiple successful appellate decisions, and several successful summary judgment rulings in complex civil rights and wrongful death case. In addition to her litigation work, Danielle has drafted fair use opinion letters, prepared detailed legal memoranda and filed for exemptions from registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission and various state agencies on behalf of limited liability company clients.
