She focuses her practice on complex immigration and workplace compliance issues, especially those that intersect employment and immigration law. Amy approaches client service with the understanding that businesses need practical advice that looks at issues from multiple perspectives and she assists a range of employers with I-9 inspections, including clients in the sports, logistics, manufacturing and agriculture sectors.

She previously served on the Board of Trustees of the American Immigration Council.
