Greg Riolo serves on the firm’s Board of Directors, is the office managing principal of the Albany, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C., and co-leader of the Trials and Appeals practice group.

Greg has been with the firm since 1997 and concentrates his practice on employment-related litigation and counseling. He has litigated cases on behalf of management before state and federal courts and various administrative agencies.

Greg is an experienced trial attorney, and has first chaired jury and bench trials, and arbitrations involving claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, whistleblower, civil rights, and wage and hour. Greg has appellate experience in the Appellate Division for the State of New York, the New York State Court of Appeals, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

In conjunction with his litigation and trial work, Greg also works closely with clients to provide on-going legal advice to mitigate risk and counsels clients on the development and implementation of preventive employment practices.
