Lang has been selected as a 2022 Excellence in the Law Award honoree in the category of Up & Coming Lawyers, by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. The Up & Coming category recognizes rising stars of the Massachusetts Bar, who have been practicing for 10 years or less yet have already distinguished themselves in the practice of law.
Jessica is an associate in the Boston office of Jackson Lewis. As a member of the firm’s Immigration group, she provides advice and counsel to employers on business immigration matters. Jessica counsels corporate clients ranging from emerging companies to market-movers seeking to hire high-skilled foreign talent in the U.S. and increase global mobility for their employees. She helps clients navigate the complex immigration system and create pathways for their future in the U.S. Jessica advises clients on a full range of business immigrations matters, including nonimmigrant visa petitions and immigrant petitions for lawful permanent residence before the U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. She also advises on outbound international transfers, I-9 and E-Verify compliance issues.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jessica worked on global immigration and employment matters at an international law firm, leading the strategic expansion of the global mobility program with emphasis on UK and Asia.
Jessica is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Women’s Bar Association. She earned her J.D. from the New England School of Law and her B.A. from Monmouth University.
