RESTON, VA (September 9, 2021) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Brenda J. Oliver has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. Region office from Fragomen, where she focused her practice on business-related immigration matters.

For more than 20 years, Brenda has helped clients from a variety of industries obtain visas and permanent residency, and maintain compliant programs. She provides advice and counsel to domestic-based and foreign employers to facilitate transfers of high-level and special skilled employees to the U.S.
Brenda has been assisting clients in obtaining nonimmigrant visas, as well as immigrant visas and permanent residency based on employment and/or family sponsorship. She supports clients with the preparation of and guidance in the process of nonimmigrant visa petitions, employment-based permanent residency petitions and labor certification applications. Additionally, Brenda provides advice on I-9 compliance and assisting with company audits to ensure compliance with U.S. employment authorization practices.
