MINNEAPOLIS, MN (January 8, 2014) – Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the largest workplace law firms in the world representing management, is pleased to announce Lee A. Lastovich has joined the firm’s Minneapolis office as Shareholder. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Lastovich was the Chair of the Litigation Department at Felhaber Larson, P.A., and also a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Lastovich brings to Jackson Lewis over 21 years of experience in all aspects of labor and employment litigation.

His extensive litigation experience, combined with his substantive expertise and strong ties to the local business community, will be a valuable asset to our growing office,” said Gina K. Mr. Lastovich regularly defends employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation and harassment, as well as whistleblower, trade secrets, non-compete and non-solicitation claims. He also represents clients in business litigation matters, including business and shareholder disputes, unfair competition and contract claims.
Mr. Lastovich holds an “AV Preeminent” rating for professional excellence and ethics from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected for inclusion in Minnesota Super Lawyers every year since 2008.

Mr. Lastovich is a member of the Minnesota Bar and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in the State of Minnesota, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also a Qualified Neutral authorized to act as an arbitrator and mediator pursuant to the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. He graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School and St. John’s University.
