Gary Chen and Patrick Marros Chu, are the core members of the Labour & Employment Practice Group. Such Practice Group has extensive experience in supporting both local and international clients across a wide range of labour issues while maintaining harmony in labour-management relations. The team excels in negotiation, mediation, and litigation, and provides services in Chinese, English, and Japanese. Notably, four members of this group serve as court-assigned labour mediators in district courts, further demonstrating their depth of expertise.
