BRUSSELS: We are very proud to announce that L&E GLOBAL has been HIGHLY COMMENDED as a LEGAL INDUSTRY PIONEER by the Financial Times in their 2012 Innovative Lawyers Report which was published on Friday, October 5th, 2012.
Now in its 7th year – the annual Financial Times Innovative Lawyers’ Report examines how law firms are contributing fresh thinking and practices to businesses around the world.
In 2012 there were over 450 application made by law firms, from throughout Europe, to be recognized for their new and innovative approach to the business of law - in the very highly respected report on the European legal market.
L&E GLOBAL is HIGHLY COMMENDED by the Financial Times as a 2012 LEGAL INDUSTRY PIONEER.
Even more important to note though, is that out of the 13 organizations that were recognized as Legal Industry Pioneers - L&E GLOBAL is the only non-UK based legal business that appears in this specific ranking.
Today, the UK finds itself as a breeding ground for innovation after the Legal Services Act of 2007 which has liberalized the British legal market and in particular with the introduction of Alternative Business Structures (ABS).
Beyond the boundaries of the United Kingdom, and its liberalized market, L&E GLOBAL has created its own unique Alternative Business Structure at an international level - which, in the words of the Financial Times, through “the integration of employment boutiques under a single global brand delivers a new service to big business.”
It started in January 2011 when leading international law firm boutiques, all exclusively specialized in labor and employment law, aligned their forces and together created L&E GLOBAL – the world’s 1st international aligned alliance exclusively specialized in providing strategic counsel on cross-border labor relations, employment law, immigration law, and employee benefits - across borders - across the globe.
Stephan Swinkels, the Executive Director of L&E GLOBAL elaborates, “Through our years of experience in this sector we found that our international clients are constantly being challenged with human resource management issues not only across borders, but also in different languages, with different laws, different cultures, and with varied levels of service in different formats.”
“L&E GLOBAL has brought together premier labor and employment law boutiques from around the world in order to take the ‘work’ out of international human resource management. “
“With one point of contact – one billing rate range – in one language – in one voice: L&E GLOBAL.”
