GREENVILLE, SC (September 8, 2023) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Christopher V. Anderson has joined the firm’s Greenville office as a principal. Chris joins the firm from Ogletree Deakins and has more than a decade of experience in international employment law matters.

Chris focuses his practice on international employment law matters and assists employers with business-practical cross-border guidance on all aspects of managing a global workforce, reconciling complex issues of multiple and conflicting laws and managing risk among multiple countries. He advises and assists clients with cross-border employment strategy and execution including: (i) providing corporate structuring options and support; (ii) analyzing and implementing personnel engagement options; (iii) complying with complex background checks, restrictive covenants and intellectual property laws; (iv) providing immigration options and support; (v) drafting and revising all relevant personnel engagement documents such as independent contractor agreements, employment agreements, master services agreements, and assignment agreements; (vi) providing strategic support for termination of employment ranging from individual dismissals to global reductions in force; (vii) preparing global handbooks and codes of conduct; and (viii) preparing overviews and policies regulating leaves of absence and other employment benefits and entitlements.

Chris earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University, his M.A. from Princeton Theological Seminary and his B.A. from Wake Forest University.
