Stephanie is the office managing principal in Greenville, South Carolina, and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. Additionally, she is the co-leader of the Jackson Lewis’ Pay Equity resource group. She represents employers in employment litigation and advises businesses on practices and policies to foster employee engagement and avoid litigation. Stephanie has handled all aspects of employment law but focuses on pay equity, sexual harassment training, investigations, litigation, reductions in force, and multi-state compliance for Fortune 500 companies in the retail, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.
Richard is the office managing principal in Jacksonville, Florida. He has more than 30 years of experience counseling and representing employers in litigation matters. Since graduating law school, Richard's representation has resulted in establishing numerous case decisions favorable to management involving claims of individual and class-based discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, wage hour and pension benefits.
Daniel is a principal in the firm’s New York City office where he focuses his practice on traditional labor matters, employment litigation and counseling. Mr. Schudroff represents clients in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. He also advocates on behalf of employers at arbitration hearings and during collective bargaining negotiations. Additionally, he regularly advises unionized and non-unionized clients with respect to a wide array of issues arising under the NLRA and Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act. Mr. Schudroff also regularly counsels employers affected by the FLSA, Railway Labor Act, Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, New York Labor Law, and Taylor Law. Mr. Schudroff regularly authors articles about the intersection between labor law and popular culture.
