This session will address limitations on controlling employee speech, how to prevent harassment claims arising out of conversations about sociopolitical events, social media concerns and what to expect in the coming months.

    Alison Crane, Sarah Gasperini and Andy Franklin will help attendees navigate the maze of leave-related laws, both old and new, on the federal, state and local level, including the PLAWA, PWFA and more. They will provide a roadmap for ensuring policies and practices are up to date, strategies for issue spotting and tips for dealing with particularly challenging leave situations.
