The L Suite Webinar: Navigating the AI Landscape in Workplaces, a Fireside Chat with Keith Sonderling, EEOC Commissioner, 2020-2024

Join us as we explore the evolving landscape of AI in the workplace, focusing on its benefits, challenges, and the critical role of regulation.

In this fireside chat Heidi Garfield, General Counsel at Priceline, Douglas Klein, Office Managing Principal at Jackson Lewis P.C., and Keith Sonderling, Commissioner at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), will provide a comprehensive view of how AI intersects with employment laws and workplace dynamics.

 
Through interactive discussions, we will:

- Identify the impact of AI technologies on employment practices and workplace efficiency.
- Discuss the regulatory landscape and the EEOC’s role in ensuring AI compliance with employment laws.
- Explore actionable strategies for integrating AI into workplace operations while safeguarding employee rights and maintaining compliance with legal standards.

This program is eligible for up to 1 hour of CLE credit in 50-minute states and 1 hour of CLE credit in 60-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules. This course is appropriate for experienced attorneys only. The L Suite has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board and the State Bar of California as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education. Additionally, we will seek CLE accreditation in IL, WA, FL, TX, PA, CO, GA, and any of the other 50 states upon specific request from an attendee.
