Xinlai Sui

Richard Xinlai Sui is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is dedicated to developing solutions to complex workplace issues and providing best practice guidance for employers in industries such as hospitality, media, private equity, and healthcare.

Richard defends clients in complex employment litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies, with a focus on wage-and-hour class and collective actions. In his active litigation practice, he represents clients in cases involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Richard strives to understand the nuanced issues surrounding employment litigation as well as his clients’ business priorities to provide strategic and practical resolutions.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Richard was an associate with the employment practice group of a national law firm.
