Trevor R. Witt

Trevor R. Witt is of counsel in the Los Angeles office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He focuses his practice on representing employers in workplace law matters. Trevor works closely with clients to provide clear, practical advice on labor and employment issues.

His experience includes handling a wide variety of employment matters, with an emphasis on complex wage and hour class actions and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) claims. Trevor guides employers through litigation and provides counsel on matters such as discrimination, harassment, employee discipline, and wage and hour compliance.

In addition to litigation, Trevor helps employers create compliant workplace policies. He regularly works with human resources teams to develop employment handbooks, arbitration agreements, and conduct audits aimed at reducing risk. His goal is to help employers foster positive, legally compliant work environments.

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Trevor worked at a boutique litigation firm, where he represented clients in state and federal courts on employment and civil rights matters. Trevor also serves on the Board of Directors for Momentum Agencies, a non-profit supporting individuals with disabilities, where he contributes to strategic planning and organizational oversight.
