Taline Markarian

Taline Markarian is an associate in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers and insurers in single/multi-plaintiff employment matters, including issues involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes, in both state and federal court. Taline is known for her thoughtful and innovative approach and excels at crafting effective solutions for complex workplace challenges.

Additionally, Taline is experienced in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery and corresponding motions, preparing for depositions and mediations, and preparing for trial. She also counsels clients on a variety of employment-related issues, including employee discipline and termination, reasonable accommodations under the ADA and FEHA, wage and hour laws, and harassment and discrimination issues.  

During law school, Taline clerked for the Orange County and Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Offices as a Certified Law Clerk where she independently conducted preliminary hearings and second chaired an attempted murder jury trial to judgement.
