Sherry Hamilton is of counsel in the Orange County office. She represents employers in a wide range of workplace matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, PAGA, and wage and hour disputes.

Sherry takes a strategic approach to every case. She works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop a customized legal strategy designed to achieve their goals while minimizing risk. She has significant trial experience and has tried cases for clients across the United States, including jury trials as both first and second chair trial counsel.

Sherry’s recent litigation successes include securing a complete defense award in an arbitration on behalf of a manufacturer in a case involving disability discrimination, retaliation, failure to provide a reasonable accommodation, and failure to engage in the interactive process. She also recently persuaded opposing counsel to abandon a PAGA action involving unionized employees in lieu of responding to the employer’s motion to strike the PAGA action.
