Sheereen Javadizadeh
Sheereen Javadizadeh is an associate in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing businesses and employers in a wide range of employment-related disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims, as well as wage and hour litigation. She has protected her clients’ interests in a variety of forums, including arbitration, state and federal court, and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Civil Rights Department.
Sheereen’s diverse background in civil litigation provides her with valuable insight when developing case strategies for her clients and understanding their unique needs. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Sheereen worked at a global law firm where her practice focused on business litigation, representing a consumer credit reporting agency in individual consumer credit litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and companion state laws. She also spent years at a boutique real estate litigation firm, representing business owners, landowners, and agency clients in eminent domain, inverse condemnation, and other complex business disputes.
While attending law school, Sheereen was a merit scholar, served as a chair of the Moot Court Honors Program Executive Board, and competed on the National Moot Court Team.
