Sean H. Znachko
Sean Znachko is an associate in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Sean regularly advises clients regarding the development and implementation of effective employment policies, handbooks, procedures, and contracts. She also assists clients with a variety of state and federal labor and employment issues, including wage and hour compliance, employee classification, paid sick leave, as well as new legal developments impacting employment policies and practices. Sean enjoys helping clients find practical solutions to everyday workplace issues.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Sean worked as an in-house attorney at a Los Angeles-based talent agency, where she handled a variety of different employment matters, including sexual harassment training, pay transparency issues, and internal investigations.
While attending law school, Sean served as an articles & symposium editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and on the Wisconsin Moot Court Board. During law school, she interned at the Wisconsin Department of Justice and for Judge William M. Conley at the Western District of Wisconsin. She also volunteered with Wills for Heroes and Underdog Pet Rescue.
