Sarah Stilz
Sarah Stilz is an associate in the Orange County office and represents employers in a wide array of employment-related disputes, including single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims. She defends clients in wage and hour litigation matters, including actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and class actions.
Sarah is a seasoned litigation attorney, with experience in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial/arbitration, including dispositive motions and appeals. She has served as second chair in jury trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. Known for her strategic approach and attention to detail, Sarah is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. In addition to advocating for her clients, Sarah has had the privilege of mentoring junior attorneys and providing practical advice and support, while also instilling in them the values of professionalism, integrity, and ethical practice.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis P.C., Sarah worked as a senior litigation attorney at a national full-service firm where she defended individual and corporate clients against professional liability and employment claims.
When Sarah is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, weightlifting, scuba diving, and snowboarding. She is a proud mother of two and has a senior Australian Shepherd who is always along for the ride.
