Ralph Dimarucut
Ralph Dimarucut is an associate at the San Francisco, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents management in employment litigation and advises clients on various aspects of the employer-employee relationship. His goal is to serve as a strategic partner, guiding clients through the complexities of California and Federal employment law, so they can focus on their core business activities.
Before his legal career, Ralph worked with various local and state public agencies across Northern and Southern California where he provided policy and management advice to policymakers, executives, and department leaders. This experience gives him a broad understanding of both public sector operations and private sector needs, enabling him to effectively serve a wide range of clients.
During law school, Ralph was a research assistant focused on Artificial Intelligence in the workplace, placed first and was presented with the best brief award for the Western region at the Judge Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition, and served as a mentor/advisor for 1L part-time students.
