R. Michael Lowenbaum
R. Michael Lowenbaum is a principal in the St. Louis, Missouri, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Before joining Jackson Lewis, Mike was the founder and co-managing partner of Lowenbaum Law. For more than 35 years, he has assisted employers in solving - and avoiding - a wide range of workplace problems.
Mike advises clients in traditional labor law and labor relations, municipal labor law, employment law, affirmative action and wage and hour matters. For his clients, from national Fortune 500 companies to many of St. Louis’ premier companies of all sizes, as well as municipal and utility clients across the country, Mike serves as a business partner, offering forward-thinking strategy as well as day-to-day advice. As a result, he maintains many significant client relationships that are more than 30 years old.
During each of the past 35 years, Mike has negotiated more than 50 collective bargaining agreements and handled more than 20 arbitration hearings. Always ready to help prevent issues, he is also committed to responding to clients’ immediate needs, whenever they arise.
