Peter M. Waneis

Peter M. Waneis is of counsel in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in all types of employment-related litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration.

Peter's employment practice focuses on litigating individual and class action cases involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and related claims.

During law school, Peter served as the production chair of the U.C. Irvine Law Review Executive Board, and sports chair of the Entertainment Law Society. While attending law school, Peter clerked for Southern California Edison Company's Labor and Employment Section and was a legal intern at the Office of the Long Beach City Attorney.
