Paul F. Penichet
Paul F. Penichet is a principal in the Miami, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has extensive experience litigating employment-related matters in state and federal court, as well as representing employers before the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Miami-Dade County Office of Human Rights and Fair Employment Practices.
Paul consults employers on employment contracts, non-compete agreements and other protective covenants, and arbitration agreements. He also assists management with creating policies that comply with various employment laws to prevent litigation. He is a certified Florida Circuit Court mediator and acts as an arbitrator in employment-related disputes.
Paul joined Jackson Lewis in 2018 after over two decades of managing his own law firm. While attending law school, Paul served as a senior staff member of the Nova Law Review and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Kenneth L. Ryskamp in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. He also participated in the Certified Legal Internship Program at the Dade County Public Defender’s Office where he participated in several jury trials before graduating law school.
