Noor Y. Kurdi

Noor Y. Kurdi is an associate in the Orange County office who regularly advises employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including preventative advice and counseling. Her commitment to her clients is unparallel, providing them practical advice on how to effectively resolve issues and avoid costly litigation whenever possible. Noor’s genuine and collaborative approach makes her a trusted and valued advisor who fiercely pursues clients’ interests in challenging situations. Noor has defended clients in a variety of industries with matters involving wrongful termination and wage and hour class actions. She also routinely advises employers on matters relating to termination, employee benefits, contracts, and review of employee handbooks and policies.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Noor was a plaintiff side attorney for six years. She brings her wealth of experience investigating sensitive and complex matters, while navigating cultural and language barriers, to her defense practice. Noor also brings her passion for helping to the community by serving pro bono clients in the areas of family law and immigration law. She has worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds to provide considerate legal services. 

Noor has been the recipient of several academic honors, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for International Trade Law.
