Nicholas A. Scotto

Nicholas A. Scotto is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Focusing his practice mostly on traditional labor law, Nick has experience in union organizing drives and elections, collective bargaining negotiations, contract administration, labor arbitrations, and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Nick also has experience handling matters before the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York State Public Employment Relations Board.
