Morgan E. Knott

Morgan Knott is an associate in the St. Louis, Missouri, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers of all sizes in workplace law matters, including preventative advice and counsel.

Morgan has extensive experience representing employers in all areas of employment litigation, including defending against claims of harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and wrongful termination. She has successfully defended countless employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.  Morgan also counsels employers on the latest employment laws and regulations and partners with them to enable them to make well-informed decisions that align with their business interests and objectives.  

Morgan is passionate about the work she does. She grew up working in her family’s restaurant – an experience that shaped her future career path and inspired her to want to help employers efficiently navigate the legal issues they face on a daily basis so they can focus on running their businesses.  She is committed to understanding her clients’ business needs and strives to help them develop practical solutions, while avoiding litigation.
