Morgan D. Hollander
Morgan Hollander is an associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a wide range of workplace law matters, including pre-litigation claims and litigation, as well as preventive advice, counseling and investigations.
Morgan regularly defends employers and management before federal and state courts and administrative agencies on a variety of employment issues, including discrimination, disability and leave management, harassment, and retaliation, as well as actions involving noncompetition agreements and restrictive covenants. Her practice also includes advising and counseling employers on effective workplace policies and practices, performance management, employee discipline, internal complaints and investigations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
While in law school, Morgan completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Timothy R. Rice, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also served as a staff editor for Temple Law Review and a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing department.
