Melina Valladares

Melina Valladares is an associate in the Albuquerque, New Mexico, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in all types of workplace law matters including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases. She also provides preventive advice and counseling on a variety of workplace law and compliance matters.

Prior to joining as an associate, Melina was on the Jackson Lewis team as a law clerk and she developed a strong interest and passion for representing employers in this constantly evolving and complex area of law.

During law school, Melina worked as part of the Economic Justice Clinic, in which she was able to handle various workplace law matters for employees, allowing Melina to gain valuable insight and understanding into the opposing side.
