Mary L. Moore

Mary L. Moore is of counsel in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Since joining the firm in 2011, she has represented employers’ interests in contract, civil rights, and wage and hour disputes.

During law school, she was articles editor of the Rutgers Law Review. Thereafter, she was in private practice litigating a wide variety of commercial disputes, including employment matters; director and officer defense; corporate governance and principal disputes; land use; and business torts including trademark and unfair competition matters.
